Tayyab Rehan is an entrepreneur and real estate advisor with experience across indian kitchenware industry and property investments. A graduate of the University of Birmingham, UK, where he earned his LLB, Tayyab combines legal education with hands-on business and investment experience.
He is the Director of Springboks Real Estate, where he advises clients on investment opportunities in Dubai’s dynamic property market, with a focus on identifying projects that offer strong capital appreciation, rental yields, and long-term portfolio growth.
Tayyab has also built and operated successful kitchenware brands in India through e-commerce platforms, gaining valuable experience in brand building, digital commerce, supply chain management, and scaling consumer businesses.
Through his own successful investments in UAE real estate, Tayyab developed a strong understanding of the market and now helps investors navigate opportunities in both off-plan developments and secondary market properties.
He works closely with clients throughout the entire investment journey — from market insights and property selection to transaction guidance and investment strategy, combining his legal education, entrepreneurial background, and real-world investment experience to help clients make informed decisions.
